The Academy of Cosmetology, Inc. offers a 2000 hour, 14 month course in the field of Cosmetology. Your career as a Cosmetologist will bring you in direct contact with the public. Your work will require you to touch the hair, skin, and nails of your clients. Upon graduation, the student has the opportunity to be employed in the field of Cosmetology choosing to do hair, skin or nails as a licensed professional.

COURSE OF STUDY
The following subjects will be covered in Practical and Theory during your course of study:

Manicuring 125 HOURS
Esthetics 150 HOURS
Salon Management 150 HOURS
Instructors Discretion 500 HOURS
Hairstyling 260 HOURS
Haircutting 205 HOURS
Chemical Services 530 HOURS
Chem, Bacteriology, Anatomy, Sanitation, Skin&Nails, Disease/Disorders   80 HOURS

Students will spend their first 300+ hours in Basics classes and the remaining 1,700 hours will be spent on the clinic floor in all phases of the Cosmetology course of study.
